At Rata Duo London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you purchase your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care
  • Personalised or custom-made items (if applicable)

3. How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
